STUDENT APARTMENT_Currently rented to two male university students, both good students and quiet._Due to personal reasons, one of the students is leaving this academic year, leaving one room vacant. Therefore, we are looking for another male student, ideally between 18 and 25 years old, to maintain a good living environment with the current residents of a similar age._ Conditions:_- Looking for a male university student._- No smokers._- No employed individuals._- No pets allowed._- Deposit: 2 months' rent (as it is a seasonal contract)._- Expenses not included: electricity, water, butane gas, and internet.
Rental Period:_Academic Year 2025-2026 – From now until June (inclusive). Seasonal contract.
