Bright room in a shared apartment.
Hello! We are Joaquín (32) and Angela (30). We are looking for someone easy and pleasant to live with. We would like to find a quiet person so we can maintain a good atmosphere at home. We also value respect for the common areas.
About the room and the apartment: The room is about 12 m²*, very bright and quiet. It comes equipped with a wardrobe and desk. It does not include the bed or desk chair.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchen and two bathrooms (one of them recently renovated). We also have a terrace that gets afternoon sun.
We prefer someone who doesn't work remotely all the time, and the agency requires that the person have a permanent contract and at least one year of employment history.
A little about us: We are sociable, calm, and responsible. We like to live in a well-maintained space where everyone can feel comfortable.
