A double room is available for rent in a very nice apartment in a private, gated community. Free surface parking is available. Located 15 minutes from Plaza de España, it is very well connected with three metro stations, a train station, and bus stops. Each room has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe over 3 meters high and 3 meters long, and a desk. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite and the other shared with another person. The living/dining room is very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Central heating (free for the tenant) and community fees are included. There will be a total of three people in the apartment; one person per room. Couples are not allowed. There is a doorman and an intercom system. The building is very well constructed, and the neighborhood is ideal. All rooms are exterior-facing and very bright.
