Description
We have a single room available in our cozy apartment in Clot. It's a spacious and very bright apartment with a large balcony. There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen (by Barcelona standards), and a spacious and sunny living room with access to the balcony. There's a park right in front of the building, so we have unobstructed views, and the Clot metro station is literally a minute's walk from the door. The area is very well connected by bus, train, and tram. The room is interior-facing, so it's not very bright. It wouldn't be suitable for someone who works remotely. It has a 105cm bed with storage underneath, a small wardrobe, IKEA shelves, and a desk. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, friendly, and youthful, with people of different nationalities. Most of us study and work, so we're not usually all home at the same time. There are no restrictions on having visitors as long as it's agreed upon with everyone.
