Room for rent in the Clot area, available from January. It's a large, quiet, and pleasant apartment. There are only two other people sharing the entire apartment. A rental agreement is required, with the option to register as a resident. I'm looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible individual or couple. Having some form of employment, whether work or studies, is essential. The price for one person is €490 per month, all-inclusive. If two people share the apartment, there is an additional €150 per month. In both cases, a one-month security deposit is required. The area is well-connected by all types of public transport.
