It is a co-living house that you will share with us and with other guests like you in a family atmosphere. In your spacious and comfortable room, you will have your private bathroom and a kitchenette. We propose comfortable common spaces dining room, living room, and kitchen.
It is located at a 7'''' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station,7'''' from the nearest supermarket, and 12'''' from Park Guell and Parc Coll.
You can enjoy our nice garden and wonderful roof terrace with views. You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 6 months. The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi). If you are looking for the most quiet neighborhood well connected to the city center you will feel great with us!
Please note:
- The minimum rental period is six months.
- Proof of income is required.
- We may ask for a guarantor if no proof of income is provided.
