Charming house a 10-minute walk from the metro in San Juan de Aznalfarache, in the lower part of town, a quiet and historic area. The house, built in 1911, has two floors and is typical of Andalusia, with a backyard patio, lemon tree, and well. I am renting a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the street, very bright. There is a bathroom on each floor. You will only be sharing with me, the owner, as I work from home. I am a travel agent and fluent in French and have a basic knowledge of English. I am very sociable. I have a teaching certificate in Spanish as a foreign language and can act as a tour guide. A great opportunity for total language immersion!
