In the common areas, such as the meeting or study rooms and the multimedia room, tons of activities will be organized. Don’t worry, you’ll also find the peace and quietness on the shaded roof terraces, where you can work or study outside or retract yourself from your daily activities and just chill and relax.

When we decide to build a residence for you, we do it thinking about facilitating your day-to-day life. You will be 10 minutes walk from the Diagonal Campus, with a fresh food market 50 meters away, restaurants, supermarkets, delicatessens, pharmacies, and any shop you may need less than 100 meters away, and 300 meters from the longest shopping avenue in Europe. You have direct bus and metro lines to the universities. You even have a new metro line, which takes you directly to the airport!

- The Laundry is downstairs and it is paid separately
- The last month must be paid in advance
