Short-term lease policy:
7 to 10 months: +65.-€/month.
4 to 6 months: +90.-€/month.
1 to 3 months: +150.-€/month.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore, any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. The security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement, before checkin.
Tenants must sign the contract and transfer the deposit within 7 days from the date of booking. If there are less than 7 days between the day of the booking and the move-in date, the contract and deposit must be competed within 48 hours. Lack of completion of these actions within such periods will be regarded as a cancelation from the tenant, and the cancelation policy will apply.
