This is a comfortable second-floor, 3-bedroom apartment in Carrer De Ferlandina, Barcelona: one interior single room and two exterior double rooms with a modern kitchen. Our furnished apartments include a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave; no oven) and bedrooms with a bed, desk, closet, lockable door, 1 set of sheets, duvet, pillow, fan, and electric heater. All apartments have Wi-Fi, and the buildings don't have elevators. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash (in-office), or card (in-office).
Located in the vibrant El Raval area, this property is at the city's heart. The Universitat de Barcelona is just a 7-minute walk away, while the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art is only 3 minutes away on foot. Additionally, the famous Mercado de La Boqueria, offering fresh produce, meats, and cheeses, is just a 5-minute walk from the property.
Check-in times fee
- Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 14:20: free of charge
- Monday - Friday from 14:30 to 20:00: 20€.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 11:00 to 18:00: 40€ (subject to availability)
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 18:00 to 20:00: 50€ (subject to availability)
- No possibility of check-in after 20:00 (except exceptions and subject to availability; 50€)
- The Check-in fee payment is only in cash and without change.
- Each 30 min delay concerning the confirmed check-in time, will have an additional supplement of 10€ (unless prior notice by (hidden)).
