Hi, I'm Carlos, I'm Spanish and I'm 47 years old, I live alone in a very central apartment in Barcelona.
I like the tranquility and the good coexistence, and at the same time, since I have 2 children, an extra income is good for me.
The apartment is shared with me, I rent an exterior double room.
The apartment has 2 sinks, they are only shared for the shower, since only the large one has a shower.
Building with elevator.
There is no heating or air conditioning, but in the room there is a stove and a fan.
The room does not have a lock, but a latch to close from the inside.
