-After reservation payment, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord with all the necessary information and instructions. -----Ensure your phone number and email are correctly provided to avoid communication issues and potential reservation loss.
-If required documentation and payment are not received before check-in, an additional fee of 181.50€ will be charged for a last-minute contract.
-You will be contacted to arrange check-in time a few days before your move-in date.
-The tenant must not appear in delinquency records, or the reservation is at risk.
