Utilities included (up to €60/month of electricity consumption) and weekly cleaning (mandatory) of private and common areas (€70/month) not included in price.
Private studio with extra space in the sleeping area and premium single bed (120 cm wide), fully equipped private kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, portable ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle) and private bathroom. Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), electronic lock, ample storage spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi and a large desk for comfortable study. Bed linen and towels are included.
The recently renovated accommodation stands out for its high design and cosy interior design, and spacious common areas where you can enjoy the large-format television in the chill-out area, a fully equipped communal kitchen with an oven, microwave, double fridge and ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and iron, designed to cover all your needs, and a dining area with a large table, ideal for meals and meetings. It also has a gym, indoor parking for bicycles and scooters, a guest bathroom and a communal patio with tables and a rest area. Added to this is our student support service, available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
