The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It''''s very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).
The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.50m x 2m), closet, desk, chair, A STREET FACING BALCONY, and high-speed WiFi included.
Apartment with three bright bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 60€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 2nd floor.
Them MINIMUM STAY in this room is 10 months excepts in summer that you can stay one or tow months.
The room does NOT come with bedsheets but you can order them (70.-€). Just tell us if you want them.
