I'm looking for a female roommate for the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year (September-December). She should be a student. The apartment is being renovated. It's in a great location, one minute from the Mercadona supermarket, and a 20-minute walk from San Bernardo and the faculties of Psychology, Law, Education, Economics, etc. The rent would be €350 per month, but this does not include electricity.
