Contract and Deposit
The landlord agrees to the change provided the new tenant is financially stable. A renewal/substitution addendum will be signed. The current contract is valid until October 2026, but may be extended thereafter.
As the deposit and furniture deposit were split between 3, the new tenant would pay €2,400 to the outgoing tenant (proportional share of the deposit + furniture deposit).
