Exterior room in a shared apartment for 2 people.
Hi, I'm looking for a roommate starting July 1st.
The apartment is large and exterior-facing, a 5-minute walk from the Poblesec and Parallel metro stations (L3 green and L2 purple).
The room is large, exterior-facing, and very bright. It has a 135cm bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a large desk.
I'm looking for someone who works (not remotely) and is between 35 and 55 years old.
The apartment is to be shared only with me. The idea is to have a good vibe, peace and quiet, and respect. :)
