- Guests once a month per tenant - maximum 3 nights a month - guests ages: from 18 to 39 years old.

- Bedroom in shared apartments cleaning: every two weeks (no laundry service included)

- Rent must be paid within the 5 first days of the previous month.

- Registration (empadronamiento) possible under certain conditions:

- Utility bills included up to 50€ per person
CHECK-IN/OUT INFORMATION:
- You must contact the owner at least 30 minutes before arrival.
- Location: Carrer Girona, 167, Barcelona (Ground floor).
Check-in/out time:
- Monday to Friday 15:00 - 19:00
- Check-in outside schedule or on weekends will have an extra cost
