Hi, my name is Lander. I was going to do a master's degree in Barcelona, but due to personal reasons, I've had to return home. I have a room available in a shared student apartment. The monthly rent is €466 without utilities (€550 max with them). The apartment has three bedrooms, and there are currently two guys living there. One is finishing his undergraduate degree, and the other is about to start his master's. I'm looking for a guy (preferably a student) to transfer my current lease to. Thanks a lot! If you write to me, I'll send you some photos of the apartment. We rotate rooms so everyone pays the same amount. The energy consumption figures and energy certificate weren't provided in the contract. I made them up, haha.
