Description
We are students and working professionals looking for one roommate to complete our apartment in Teatinos, in an unbeatable location. We are looking for Master's or PhD students between 24 and 30 years old, preferably male, who are clean and tidy, respecting common areas, and responsible, seeking a quiet and pleasant living environment. Please do not apply if you have a different profile. We would like to move in as soon as possible, starting September 15th. The contract is for 10 months. One room is available, and two people would share a bathroom. The apartment has four bedrooms, but one is currently closed off as a storage room, so there would only be three of us in total. The rent for the entire apartment is €1250 per month, €416.60 each, plus utilities (internet, electricity, gas, etc., approximately €30). The contract is for the academic year.
