I rent 3 large rooms with double beds (NO COUPLES) in a 112m² apartment located on Faustino Álvarez Street (parallel to Feria Street) in a very quiet area, but a 3-minute walk from the Alameda Park and about 15 minutes from the Cartuja Campus and 10 minutes from the Macarena Campus. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (with locks, very bright, and with double beds, large wardrobes, and desks), a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. We are looking for people for a long stay (minimum full academic year), who are quiet and responsible, used to managing on their own, and above all, and very importantly, CLEANLINESS is essential in the apartment.
