The 3rd room is reserved for the occasional times we come to Madrid (we will give advance notice and contribute to the apartment expenses).
You're not just renting a room, you're practically renting half an apartment to enjoy. 100" 3D projector with 5.1 surround sound system, work desk with computer, electric sofa, thermostatic shower column in the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very low energy consumption. Excellent transport links (L3 metro 7 min, Renfe Puente Alcocer 15 min). If you are interested, please send us a message telling us a little about yourself, what you study or do for a living, when you would like to move in, and how long you would like to stay. This property is not recommended for very tall or very large people.
