The window overlooks the interior courtyard, so it's quite quiet, as is the neighborhood. The three roommates, aged 20 to 26, are students and work. They are very clean, so a similar level of cleanliness is expected. It is located on Avenida del Puerto, 5 minutes from the Aiora and Aqua bus stops. A clean profile is essential; please leave the kitchen tidy after use. It is not possible to register your address at the address of the room; it will be shared with 3 female students aged 20 to 26, so we prefer another female student who respects the rules of coexistence, order, and cleanliness at all times. It is a spacious and bright apartment located in one of the best areas of Valencia (Avenida del Puerto), close to the universities, the beach, and the City of Arts and Sciences.
