We are preferably looking for a student, Erasmus student, or young professional to fill the apartment. It has two bathrooms, six single bedrooms, and a kitchen equipped with all appliances (two refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, microwave, complete set of dishes, washing machine, ceiling fans), and 1GB internet. The room has a private balcony, a 105cm bed, fan, radiator, wardrobe, shelving unit, desk with chair, and its own lock. We can provide complete bedding. The Alfonso XIII Campus is a 3-minute walk away. There are bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The rooms are single rooms - not for couples. We are looking for a quiet and tidy person.
