While it is not initially rented with a bed, the current tenant's bed (a 130cm sofa bed) can remain if agreed upon. The apartment has two full bathrooms (the new tenant can have exclusive use of one), a kitchen, and a living room. There is a third empty room currently used for storage, which includes an additional wardrobe that could be used. The building has a doorman, daily garbage collection, and an elevator. Minimum stay of 1 year. Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and gas expenses are not included in the price and are split equally between the tenants. Available to move in the first week of June.
