Beautiful, spacious room with a private balcony in the heart of Granada's historic center (Realejo). The room includes a sofa bed, table, two chairs, clothes rack, bedside table with lamp, bookshelf, and a ceiling fan/light with remote control. Underfloor heating is included, making it very comfortable during Granada's winter months. The historic building and apartment have been recently and completely renovated, maintaining the original style as seen in the photos. The apartment has two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We prefer students or professionals. We speak Spanish, English, and German.
