The room is ideal for studying; it is bright, exterior, and quiet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere.
There is a bakery and a restaurant in the same building. A ten-minute walk takes you to the UAB Sabadell Campus, the ESDi Design School, the Renfe station, and the bus station.
The L5, L55, and L80 bus stops are just two blocks away.
Next door is the Parc Fluvial del Riu Ripoll, with its beautiful landscape and heritage sites, where you can disconnect from your Wi-Fi and reconnect with nature.
A CONTRACT is required.
The room rental price includes:
• Electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi
• Cleaning service for common areas (except the bedroom).
