Description
We are looking for a responsible and hard-working woman (men and students are not allowed, as the rest of the roommates require it) between 25 and 38 years old. The rest of the roommates are between 28 and 35 and are hard-working. She must be respectful, financially solvent, and diligent about cleaning. The very bright room has a sofa, bed, desk, closet, TV, and its own terrace. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the terraces. Couples and minors are not allowed. Expenses separate.
