Roommates Wanted! Room for one or two people (or a couple) in Vila de Gràcia. Total price: €790. If there are two of you (or a couple), it would be divided at €395 per person. Available for visits. Available for registration. Available for move-in on July 12th. Agreement Conditions: Looking for friendly, quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful people. Visits from partners, family, or friends are allowed with prior notice. No smoking, parties, pets, or minors allowed. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are paid separately, divided per person, and payable at the end of each month. Minimum stay is 2 months, maximum is 11 months. (renewable)
- When leaving, you must give at least one month's notice
- The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, although the proportional part necessary to cover expenses for supplies that remain unpaid; or to repair damages made will be deducted.
