Rooms for rent in a spacious duplex located on Calle Brasil, a 5-minute walk from UCAM in Cartagena. A 2-minute walk from the bus stop connecting to the city center and a 10-minute walk from Mercadona. The headquarters of the Catholic University of Murcia in Cartagena is located two blocks from the house. We are looking for students between the ages of 18 and 30, friendly and kind people, with the aim of creating the best living environment throughout the year. Smokers are welcome, as everyone is allowed to do whatever they want in their room, but smoking is not allowed in the living room or other common areas of the house. Pets are not allowed, as one of the residents already has a small dog. Monthly common expenses are included in the room rate and include water, electricity, and internet, approximately €50 per month.
